And yes, I can really say that. I was born, raised and still live in one of the most beautiful places on earth, Western North Carolina. Our mountains and our community are woven in my heart and soul. I feel blessed every day to wake up and call WNC my home.  I am always motivated to see our area have everything it needs and deserves. It became glaringly obvious during the Covid 19 pandemic that we had been left behind when it came to connectivity, broadband infrastructure, and service providers that prioritize customers. RiverWave is not a large corporation that has no real presence in WNC. We are based in and solely dedicated to you, our neighbors, because we live, play, and work here too.

ADVANCED SECURITY INCLUDED: We take protecting your business, family and home network seriously and include Advanced Security with every package. RiverWave’s ProtectlQ is a watch guard for your home or business Wi-Fi by actively detecting and blocking malicious websites, viruses, advanced threats and more. With daily updates and no hardware or software to manage you will  have additional protection available. 

PARENTAL CONTROLS INCLUDED: Children are accessing the internet younger and more often, and we know that parents, grandparents and caregivers want to be sure they are safe. Advanced Parental Controls are included with each package. At RiverWave we say, “you set the rules and we will enforce them.”

NETWORK CONTROL INCLUDED: The Ride RiverWave App comes standard with all packages and puts complete control of your home network in the palm of your hand. Ride RiverWave Allows you to:

Filter: Block entire internet categories, apps and websites.

Set Time Limits and Schedules: Control how much time is spent on apps, sites or categories. Limit or turn off internet for selected devices at certain times (like bedtime.) 

Notifications: Receive push notifications for various events like time limits or new devices connected.

Safe Search: Place restrictions around searchable content.

Prioritize: Prioritize devices and activities on your Wi-Fi to ensure you are getting the best performance for what matters most.
