This form allows RiverWave Broadband to confirm interest, understand access considerations (including private roads and shared easements), and plan construction efficiently during the limited CAB funding period. Submitting the form does not commit you to internet service; it simply helps ensure accurate planning and coordination.

Because construction must be scheduled in advance, timely responses are important. Properties or private roads without confirmed access or responses may be temporarily skipped during initial construction and revisited only if time and funding permit.
